Placing an Order
Please make sure that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions before you place an order. Before completing your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price, and correct any input errors.
Pre-orders
Some products are offered on a pre-order basis. By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the item once it becomes available. Pre-order deadlines and estimated shipping dates are communicated on the product page and are provided as guidelines only. We reserve the right to adjust shipping timelines and will notify you by e-mail in case of any significant changes.
Product
Each piece is handmade and unique. Subtle variations in size, shape, and pattern are a natural part of the character of each piece and are not considered defects. We do not guarantee that all products presented on the website are in stock or available for purchase. We reserve the right to stop selling a product at any time.
Colour
Our goal is to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the colour settings of your screen or device, the colours shown in product images may differ slightly from their actual appearance. We cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

We cannot guarantee that the content of our website is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors, nor that all information is fully up to date. We may amend the content of the website at any time. Although we strive to display correct texts, images, and pricing, errors may occur and we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by using — or being unable to use — the website.
Price
All prices are stated in EUR (Euro) and include applicable Belgian taxes (VAT). We reserve the right to change or adjust prices at any time.
Order Confirmation
After submitting your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail to the address provided at checkout. This confirmation includes your order reference number, the product(s) ordered, payment details, and delivery information. Please note that the confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order and does not constitute acceptance of the order. If something appears incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at itsonthethirdfloor@gmail.com.
Order Acceptance
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept an order for any reason without liability to you.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent with all relevant information. The shipping confirmation constitutes our acceptance of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you by e-mail. If payment has already been received, we will issue a full refund.
Payment
We accept payment via Stripe, which supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other major payment methods, as well as Apple Pay. Your card is charged at the time of placing the order. You confirm that the payment method used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner to use it. All payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the payment provider. If authorisation is refused, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties imposed by your payment provider.
Shipping
Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and begin from the date of dispatch. Delays caused by payment authorisation, customs, or other external factors are not included in the stated delivery times. Shipping within Europe costs €15. For orders outside the EU or for Brussels pick-up, please contact us at itsonthethirdfloor@gmail.com or via Instagram before placing your order.
Exchange and Return
If you wish to exchange or return a product, please contact us at itsonthethirdfloor@gmail.com, marking your e-mail with "Return" or "Exchange" and including your order reference number. If the return or exchange is approved, further instructions will be provided. All items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. You will receive your refund via your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned item. Please note that because each piece is handmade and unique, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement in case of an exchange.
Complaints
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at itsonthethirdfloor@gmail.com as soon as possible, including photographs of the damage and your order reference number.
Resale
Products purchased from Itsonthethirdfloor are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for the purpose of resale. By placing an order, you confirm that you are purchasing for personal use and accept these Terms & Conditions.
